Are you in the middle of assembling a Lolly & Me product and can't find that one bolt? Whether it has been misplaced or accidentially not included in the hardware package, we will get the needed part sent to you right away. Just call our customer service department (see below) and we will ship the part off to you free of charge. When calling, please let the representative know the furniture collection and product type (crib, changing table, etc.). We may ask you to describe the missing part so we can confirm what you need before it's sent off to you.

Warning: We advise that the Lolly & Me product that needs the missing part should not be put into use until all hardware and furniture components are received by the customer and then completely assembled together.

Warranty Service

First of all, thank you for purchasing a Lolly & Me product! We proudly stand behind our quality furniture with a five year limited warranty. All of our cribs meet or exceed the requirements of the Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM).

Lolly and Me warrants that all Lolly & Me crib hardware and drop sides shall be free from any defects and will be replaced free of charge for 5 years from the date of purchase. All remaining parts shall be free of any defects and will be replaced free of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty excludes any misuse, abuse, or normal wear and does not include the finish or paint covering. The warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. A Lolly & Me product registration card or online Lolly & Me registration form must be completed and received by customer service in order to activate the warranty for your product. The product warranty must be activated before a warranty service claim can be made by the customer.
